Mackay Engineering & Surveying
Company has a staff of professionals to complete any engineering
project. Our staff utilizes state of the art equipment to
complete projects, including AutoCAD®, SurvCADD®, TR-55®,
HydroPlus®, Dodson® and other computer based programs.
Municipal
Mackay Engineering & Surveying Company provides consulting
services for all aspects of municipal needs, including, but
not limited to storm sewers, drainage systems, sanitary sewer
improvements, water line improvements, rehabilitation &
widening of roads, improvement plans for new roads, and sewer
grouting & cleaning. Roadway Plans for Engle Road in the
City of Middleburg Heights were prepared by Mackay Engineering,
along with another consultant, for the Ohio Department of Transportation.
Mackay Engineering also prepared the plans for the Wooster Road
Storm and Sanitary Sewer Replacement and Pavement Replacement/Resurfacing
Project for the cities of Rocky River and Fairview Park.
Commercial
Site Plans
Consulting Services provided for Commercial Site Plans include
utility layout, storm water management, erosion control management
and site grading. We have provided services to Fifth Third
Bank, Southwest General Health Center, Richard E. Jacobs Group,
STI Properties, Inc. (formerly Figgie Properties, Inc.), Metro
Health Medical Center, Duke Realty and Edelman Plumbing Supply,
Inc.

Services provided for Subdivisions include sublot layout,
utility layout, storm water management, Storm Water
Pollution Prevention, site grading, road design, and
submittals to reviewing agencies, such as Ohio EPA.
Subdivisions that have been designed by Mackay Engineering
include The Lakes of Aurora (Aurora, Portage County,
Ohio), Oakwood Subdivision (Broadview Heights, Cuyahoga
County, Ohio), Ridgefield Subdivision (North Ridgeville,
Lorain County, Ohio), Neely Subdivision (Brook Park,
Cuyahoga County, Ohio) and Galway Bay Subdivision (Olmsted
Township, Cuyahoga County, Ohio).
Other
Services
Many other services, including construction inspection,
feasibility studies, construction cost estimates, and
contract administration are provided by Mackay Engineering.
